Natural Color and Pattern
The cover combines warm brown hair-on cowhide with irregular white markings. Joined hide panels create the rounded top and vertical sides, while piping defines the upper and lower edges for a structured finish.
Cowhide is a natural material, so the size, shape, and placement of brown-and-white markings will vary from one cover to another. Hair direction, tone, grain, texture, natural marks, panel layout, and stitching may also differ. The product received will not have an identical pattern to the photographed example, but it will retain the same overall brown-and-white character.
Practical Uses
Depending on the selected dimensions and filling firmness, this round cowhide ottoman can be used as:
• A footrest beside an armchair or sofa
• Flexible low seating
• A bedroom or dressing-area accent
• A central round ottoman
• A decorative floor furnishing
• A substantial living-room centerpiece in the larger sizes
Filling Guide
This product is supplied as an unstuffed cowhide ottoman cover. Filling is not included.
Fill the cover locally with suitable materials according to your preferred firmness and intended use. Add the filling gradually and distribute it evenly around the sides, base, and beneath the top until the cover develops a balanced round profile. Avoid overfilling, as excessive pressure may strain the hide panels, piping, and seams.
Large and oversized options require considerably more filling than compact sizes. Plan the filling quantity according to the selected diameter, height, and desired firmness.
Cowhide Care
• Remove loose dust with a soft brush or a vacuum on low suction using an upholstery attachment.
• Brush or vacuum gently in the natural direction of the hair.
• Blot minor spills promptly with a clean, dry, absorbent cloth; do not rub.
• For light surface cleaning, use a barely damp cloth and allow the area to dry naturally.
• Keep the cowhide away from prolonged direct sunlight, excess moisture, and strong heat sources.
• Do not soak, machine wash, bleach, steam clean, or apply household detergents.
• Do not apply standard leather conditioner directly to the hair-on surface unless specifically approved for hair-on cowhide.
• Rotate the filled ottoman periodically to encourage even wear.
