Because our products are handmade in Morocco, processing and delivery times can vary depending on the product, customization, destination, and shipping service selected.
Processing Time
Most ready-to-ship products are prepared for dispatch within the processing time stated on the individual product page.
Custom and made-to-measure products may require additional preparation time.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping information when tracking is available.
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier.
Please remember that international shipments may occasionally experience delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
International Orders
We ship our handmade products internationally.
For international deliveries, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are not controlled by Atlas Leather Lux.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with you to investigate the issue and find an appropriate solution.
